- Failed deliveries or RTC (return to consignee) due to the recipient not being home, address issues, or failure to collect will be subject to either a redelivery charge at cost or a 20% restocking fee.
- Bulk shipping will be conducted via the pallet network or our own drivers.
- Unless otherwise stated, pallet shipping has a 12 noon cut off and is shipped by default on a next day delivery service.
- A booking service can be requested prior to ordering.
- Failed pallet deliveries are chargeable at the original pallet rate, which is usually between £30 - £60 per pallet.
- Failed deliveries via the courier network will be attempted 1-3 times before either being returned to the consignee or dropped at a local collection point.
- Redelivery attempts for items that are returned to us will be charged at the courier cost.
- We will not charge for any failed delivery fees or shipping back to us.
