Overview
We offer a full refund on returned items, subject to the conditions outlined below. For all B2B orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or defective. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied for items that require reworking, repackaging, or extensive manual processing. All returns must meet our quality and timing requirements, with items postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in new and unused condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items in poor condition may incur fees or be returned at the customer's expense

Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless the product is faulty or defective.

Damaged & Faulty Items
- Inspect orders immediately upon arrival
- Report issues within 7 days via email with photos
- Return damaged items in their original packaging
- If an item is confirmed as faulty or defective, return shipping charges will be waived
Assembled Items
Returns are not accepted on assembled desks and ready-made items. Please inspect thoroughly before assembly.
Material Considerations
Raw steel table legs:
- Will rust over time naturally
- Should arrive with a protective coating
- Require periodic rust cleaning if unpainted
- Rusted items cannot be returned
Outdoor Usage
Products suitable for outdoor use:
- Zinc table legs
- Stainless steel table legs
- Other products are not covered under warranty for outdoor use unless explicitly confirmed at time of order
Warranty for B2B Orders
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all metal furniture parts supplied under B2B terms, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in welds, joints, fixings, or structure
- Failures due to material flaws when used as intended in an indoor environment
What’s Not Covered
- Cosmetic issues such as scratches, chips, or discolouration
- Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or impact
- Wear and tear from commercial use beyond normal expectations
- Rust or degradation caused by outdoor exposure unless outdoor suitability was agreed in writing prior to order
- Rust resulting from surface damage such as scratches, chips, or general wear and tear
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the affected item(s).
